Orders and Shipping
We usually ship orders within 1-2 days. The shipping times depend on your location, and on average it takes USPS from 4 to 6 days to deliver your order.
You have an option to create your account during checkout as well as you can create your account by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email.
You can change your shipping addresses on My Account page.
You can track the status of your order on My Account page. You will also receive emails whenever status of your order changes.
We do not keep your Credit Card information on file as we use Stripe and PayPal as our payment processors.
We do collect sales taxes from the customers in states where we are obligated to do so by law.
We currently ship to US and Canada only. We will be adding more countries in upcoming months. Please let us know in our support chat what country you are interested in.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to handmade nature of our products we accept returns or exchanges of unworn items within 30 since your purchase.
If you wish to exchange an item due to personal preferences and not due to item being damaged we would have to ask you to pay for the shipping.
